Reporting Faults

We would encourage all residents to report faults around the estate to the relevant authority. It is not always clear who does what so, we have highlighted the main roles of the County, District and Parish councils below, including a link to help you get in touch.

• All road issues(including potholes)
• Road sign issues (including vandalism)
• Street light issues
• Traffic light issues
• Footpath issues (including trip hazards)
• Flooding
• Blocked drains
• Road obstructions
• Pavement obstructions

• Street nameplate issues (including vandalism)
• Graffiti
• Parking or permit issues
• Fly tipping
• Litter and street cleaning
• Dog Fouling
• Noise issues
• Fly posters
• Abandoned vehicles (also can report to 101)

• Provides/ maintains dog bins
• Provides/ maintains bus shelters
• Provides and maintains wayside seats
• Manages a Thursday Market
• Provides a Parish Lunch on Tuesdays (Retirees)
• Grass cutting in specified areas
• Liaises with the District Council in relation to planning issues
• Provides local events such as fun days
• Provides a community hall for hire
• Provides and maintains notice boards
• Provides FREE dog bags – ask in reception
• Provides grants for local charities/schools
• Taxi voucher scheme
